What PayCams is
PayCams is a paid 1:1 video-call service. One person (the caller) pays ₱150 for every minute of a private video call. The other person is paid that amount, to their own GCash, and never pays anything. PayCams connects the two people and handles the payout. We do not provide the GCash service ourselves.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over to use PayCams. By joining a call you confirm that you are an adult. We may require a government ID at withdrawal to verify age and account ownership.
Acceptable use
Calls are for general, non-sexual interaction (conversation, company, tutoring). Content involving minors, coercion, or anything unlawful under Philippine law (including RA 11930) is strictly prohibited and will be reported and banned.
Payouts
Earnings accrue per minute during the call and are paid to the recipient's own GCash number. A minimum balance applies before you can withdraw, shown on the withdrawal screen. We never ask for your GCash password, PIN, OTP, or login, and we cannot access your GCash account.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". Video calls depend on your device and internet connection. We are not responsible for the conduct of the other person on a call; use the report and block tools and contact us if something goes wrong.
Governing law and contact
