The short version: we store the least we can, and we can never log in to your GCash.

What we store

Your GCash mobile number and account name, so we can send you your earnings. These are encrypted at rest.
A photo of your government ID, only when you withdraw, to confirm you are 18+ and that the GCash account is yours. Stored securely and never shared publicly.
Basic call records (timing and earnings) needed to pay you correctly.

What we never collect

We never ask for or store your GCash password, PIN, OTP, or login. We cannot log in to your GCash account or take anything from it. Anything asking for your GCash password is fraud, not us.

Your calls

Video and audio go directly between the two phones (peer-to-peer). PayCams does not record, store, or transmit your call content to anyone. The call is private and one-to-one.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. To request deletion of your data, or to ask what we hold, email support@paycams.mentrips.com.
