PayCams is a pay-per-minute video call service: you connect with a Filipina for a private, one-to-one video call and pay ₱150 for every minute you talk. There is no subscription and no membership, so you only ever pay for the minutes you actually use.

Before a call you prepay a set balance, and that is the most it can cost. Billing runs minute by minute against your prepaid amount and stops when it runs out, so you fix the ceiling up front. She is paid ₱150 per minute to her own GCash for the minutes you talk, and any unused balance is refunded to you.

The video is peer-to-peer, sent directly between the two phones, and is not recorded or stored. It runs in the browser with no app to install. PayCams is for adults 18 and over only, and we run abuse reporting and safety controls in line with Philippine law (RA 11930).

How much does a Filipina video call cost per minute?
A video call with a Filipina on PayCams costs ₱150 per minute, paid by the caller. There is no signup fee and nothing to pay to browse: you only pay for the minutes you spend on a private 1:1 video call. She earns that ₱150 per minute to her own GCash.
Is there a minimum call length or a subscription?
No. There is no subscription, no membership and no minimum call length. You prepay a balance for a single call and are billed per minute against it; when you hang up, that is the end of it. Start another call whenever you like.
Can I control how much I spend on a call?
Yes. You prepay a set amount before the call, and that is the most it can ever cost. Billing runs minute by minute at ₱150 and stops when your prepaid balance runs out, so you fix the ceiling up front and a call can never surprise you with a bigger bill.
What happens to money I prepay but do not use?
It is refunded to you. Your prepaid balance is held in escrow; she is paid only for the minutes you actually talk, at ₱150 per minute, and any unused remainder is returned to you. You are never charged for time you did not use.
Does the Filipina pay anything to take the call?
Never. The call is completely free for her: no fee, no deposit, nothing to install. She opens your link in a browser and earns ₱150 per minute straight to her own GCash while you talk.
